We attended the ANC Conference in Texas
The School Nutrition Association Annual National Conference (ANC) organized by the School Nutrition Association was held from July 13 to 15 in San Antonio, Texas. And Retigo was there.

The main focus of the conference was the K-12 Program, which focuses on improving nutrition and planning nutritionally balanced meals in American schools, from kindergarten through 12th grade. Thus, the program included a series of professional workshops, hands-on cooking labs, and inspirational networking.
At our exhibition stand, we prepared the ever popular tacos and pizzas and showed that they take less time to prepare in the Retigo combi ovens, which means that balanced nutritional values can be maintained.
We also showcased how well our combi works in conjunction with an Infrico blastchiller. No food is wasted. Use the Infrico blastchiller to bring the leftover foods to HACCP safe temperatures in record time and then use the Retigo combi‘s Retherming/Regeneration option to bring the food back up to temperature in amazing speed without an loss of texture of flavors.
