Chef Leung Hainanese Chickens Chicken Rice is a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan that specializes in preparing authentic Hainanese chicken rice - a dish renowned for its delicate flavor and simplicity. The base consists of poached chicken, aromatic rice cooked in chicken broth and three traditional sauces: chilli, ginger and dark soy.
