Epifany Patisserie is a family-run patisserie in Zaječice in the Chrudim region, which has been transforming the concept of modern confectionery since its inception six years ago. Founded by Jana Novotna, who refused to use substitutes and cheap mixes, the patisserie offers desserts made from premium ingredients such as French Michel Cluizel chocolate, real vanilla pods from Madagascar or 100% nut pastes. Each dessert is handmade, which guarantees originality and high quality.

To ensure consistent quality and efficiency in food preparation, the Epifany Patisserie kitchen is equipped with two Delimaster 5 combi ovens. This equipment allows for precise and gentle preparation of desserts, which is key to preserving their excellent taste, texture and appearance.
