The Wellness & Spa Hotel Horal is located in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, right at the foot of Mount Radhošť. What do you prepare in the combi ovens, and which programs do you use the most?
We bake and smoke meat in the combi ovens, mostly game, sirloin, chicken, and pork. We also use them to cook side dishes.

The biggest benefit is that combi ovens make our work noticeably easier. They save us physical strain; we don't have to lug around heavy pots, and they also save time and energy. We can cook several different foods together, whether it's potatoes, vegetables, or meat, we prepare everything in the combi oven at once. This saves not only work, but also energy.
Would you recommend Retigo to other gastronomy operations?
It is a proven quality product. I have also worked abroad and can judge which ones are really good and which ones are only good at first glance.
