The Botilbud Rude Skov retirement home complex in Denmark consists of three two-story buildings divided into individual apartments, each with its own kitchen, balcony or terrace. Each floor also has common areas, including a shared kitchen.

From 2022, this kitchen is equipped with a Retigo Blue Vision 623 combi oven, built directly into the kitchen units, as well as a condensation hood. The combi oven offers precise humidity and temperature control, energy savings and easy operation. The condensation hood then efficiently extracts steam without the need for external ventilation - the ideal solution for community kitchens.
